BEARS HAVE ANSWERS

Where do you ship?

We currently ship in the contiguous U.S.. Sorry Hawaii and Alaska, it’s not you, it’s us. You’re beautiful. Really.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes less than one business day to process for delivery. Then, once shipped, it’s in the trusty hands of FedEx and will usually arrive within 2 business days to your door. So, from when you click “yes to coffee” on our website, give it 3-4 business days for it to be at your door.

How can I track my package?

Seconds after you hit “place order” you should have an email from us confirming it’s been received. Phew, caffeination confirmation. Once the order ships (usually within 24 hours), you’ll receive another email from us with a tracking number and an expected delivery date (from FedEx).

If you are a subscriber, you can always log in to your account to check your latest order status under the “order history” section.

My order has not arrived yet. What do I do? I’m under-caffeinated!

First of all, we are so sorry. Within 48 hours of placing an order with us you should have a FedEx tracking number in your inbox in an email from us. If that’s not the case, please contact us immediately at support@wanderingbearcoffee.com and we will get our forensics team on this immediately.

What if I'm not home?

Don’t stress, our deliveries don’t require a signature and our coffee does not require refrigeration (before opening), so FedEx should still be able to leave it at your door.

Do you offer faster shipping?

We currently ship via FedEx Ground and are able to serve most of the U.S. in 2 days from our network of warehouses. We do not currently offer faster shipping options, but if you need your coffee on a specific date (for an event, for example) contact us directly at support@wanderingbearcoffee.com and we will do our best to make your dreams come true.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally. We’re not currently allowed to travel internationally either :-(
